FAQs
Do you take commission work?
I do! Get in touch and I will send you a form for you to fill with your requirements. Then we chat and figure out together what you'd like. Once that’s clear we sign a simple contract before I start the work. The process can take a few weeks to a month or maybe more depending on the time of the year. I’ll be honored to work with you. Let’s talk! Contact Me.
Where do you ship?
U.S. Shipping
Continental U.S. purchases are delivered via USPS (or UPS when needed). Shipping is not included in original artwork pricing, so please select Canvas Shipping at checkout and an invoice with the shipping cost will be sent. Please allow 5-7 days for artwork to be prepared for shipping. Please contact us with any questionsor for additional information.
International Shipping
All international shipments are done via USPS Priority Mail International, Express International or UPS. During checkout, you will see an estimated amount for shipping. Please note that you may owe an additional amount before your purchase can be fulfilled as this varies per country. You will receive an email with an invoice for the additional International shipping charges.
International shipping in transit times varies based on the location and there are no guaranteed times for when a package will arrive; it may take a few extra days to several weeks depending on the international destination.
Please note that all import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Duty/fees for imported products are based on the final value of your order. These will be billed separately as there is no way to estimate them until the package arrives at your country.
Shipping stretched canvas artwork outside of the US can get pricey — we recommend sending them rolled, un-stretched and then get them stretched locally in your country.
To receive a quote before purchasing, please contact us with your address including postal code to get a shipping estimate.
What’s your return policy?
All original artwork and print sales are final. Nevertheless I want you to be 100% happy with your new artwork, so please contact us with any concerns or questions you may have.
Please note that artwork is photographed with the best lighting available to represent the true color of each painting; however, not all computer monitors are the same and colors may vary slightly from actual work.
Josefina Zorrilla de San Martin retains all rights to the artwork. Artwork may not be reproduced in any way without the artist's written permission.
